How does a turboshaft work?
Last answers wasn't good enough still don't quite know how it works. I'm working with MD-500, 600's, 900's all the F models, the M's, etc. Gas engine is fairly simple, just like a transmission. But how? do you get the rotors rotate? All I see is a huge intake on top just behine the main rotors, have a fan going threw the back "which is very flippin awsome" and the exhaust flaring to the left. but all I see in the engine compartment is a kinda like transmission looking thing thicker, allyou see in side over the rear jump seat is a circle shaped thing, not very big at all. Is it rocket science? Or is it just that simple? Big future with helicopters ahead of me, so i'm needing to understand EVERYTHING in this science. Yes I think I might be able to land a Shwietzer*?? 900?? Looks too easy, I'm pretty good at aviation…. flight simulator, longbow game, etc. Dad was in the Airforce..

What features do you want in a military simulator?
Just interested in what you guys would want in a military simulator. In this imaginary simulator, lets say you can jump from third to first person whenever you want. Big map, take a couple hours to run from one side to the other. take about 5 mins to fly from one side to the other…. you could drive cars, tanks, fly planes, helicopters, jets, ect. Everything is use able. Realistic ballistics and wind. Even if some of this wouldn't be possible, if you could have anything in a game, what exactly would you want in it?

Being able to play as a dog, every weapon imaginable, being able to pilot vehicles, upgrade guns, explosions, shrapnel, enemies that actually use cover, and Modern warfare 2 covered alot of these things, except the ability to upgrade guns, pilot vehicles, and grenades that WORK, destroyable environments, like as in being able to reduce the entire map to nothing, and allies that actually do something and their deaths affect the storyline
